How It Works:

1. Place Your Order: Select your quantity and checkout directly through the shop.

2. Submit Your Photo: After checkout, you will send your photo. Please ensure your photo is high-resolution (clear, well-lit, and not blurry). High-quality photos allow us to capture the best details and ensure your 3″ x 3″ magnet is crisp and vibrant.

3. Artist Review: I personally review every photo. If an image is too low-resolution or won’t translate well into our custom styles, I will contact you to request a new one before I begin.

4. Transformation & Craft: Once the photo is approved, I digitally style your portrait and print it on premium, water-resistant magnetic stock with a high-gloss finish.

5. Ready for You: Your custom magnets will be ready for shipping or local pickup in 7–10 business days unless otherwise confirmed by Chie that this can be delivered earlier.

• Photo Quality Disclaimer: We are only as good as your photo! To get the best “Toon-ify” result, avoid screenshots or heavily filtered photos. High-resolution, original files work best.

• Ownership: We only work with photos you have taken yourself or have the legal rights to. No copyrighted characters or celebrity images.

• Final Sale & Revisions: Because these items are uniquely created for you, all sales are final once the digital styling process has begun. To maintain our production schedule, the artwork is considered final; please ensure your uploaded photo is exactly the one you want us to use!
