1. Handmade Nature & Variations
All items sold on this website are handmade. Because of this, no two items are exactly identical.
Unique Traits: Minor variations in stitching, size, weight, and shape are a hallmark of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
Color Accuracy: I photograph products in natural light to show true colors; however, colors may appear differently on your screen than they do in person due to variations in monitor settings and lighting.
2. Allergy & Environment Disclaimer
Our products are created in a pet-friendly home studio shared with dogs and cats.
Precaution: While I maintain a clean workspace and inspect every item before it is shipped, I cannot guarantee that items are 100% free of pet dander or stray hairs.

3. Safety Warning (Not a Toy)

4. Digital Product Tech Responsibility
For digital products (such as PDF patterns or tracing pads), the customer is responsible for:
Having the appropriate software (e.g., a PDF reader) to open and view the files.
Having the hardware (e.g., a printer or tablet) required to use the product.
Made by Chie does not provide technical support for third-party applications or device-specific hardware issues.
5. Warranty Information
Implied Warranty: In accordance with Massachusetts law, I warrant that my products are fit for their intended purpose as decorative or stationery items.
Limited Warranty: This warranty does not cover damage caused by “rough play,” improper washing/cleaning, accidental breakage, or normal wear and tear after the item has been received.
